Foodwise, did well today. But was feeling really whacked out all day after not sleeping much last night and eating every time I got up.
Breakfast protein shake 4 Lunch veggie sausage 2 egg white french toast 3 salad 1 Snack soy butter on rice cake 3 Dinner veggie meatballs 3 stir fried veggies 0 bulgur 2 parmesan cheese 1 Snack potato 3 Total: 22 Exercise: weight training cardio circuit |
