protein shake 4 Lunch eggplant pizza 8 salad 2 SNack protein bar 4 Dinner chicken 4 broccoli 0 delicata squash 1 total: 23 Exercise: weight training cardio circuit Just at the top of my range (18-23) after dinner. Need to have a snack before bed, so I will be over, but hopefully now more than my activity points allow. |
