WW Core diet
 

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is any high fiber cereal that is allowed on the core plan for WW.

I think the Fiber One Orginal would count. for 1/2 cup serving its 14gm of fiber and zero gms of sugar.

There is not core plan and WW is not a diet. What was core is now Simply Filling and Fiber One is allowed, also puffed wheat. WW is a lifestyle change.

Thanks Susan... Its been years since I was on Weight Watchers but I have done it for so long I just follow the old information that I have. Can you tell me if fat free ricotta cheese is on the new plan??
