Very busy day at work, but good eating day.
Breakfast protein shake 4 Lunch egg white omelet with jalapeno and cheese 2 veggie sausage 2 polenta 2 Snack cashews 3 Dinner tuna steak 4 cauliflower 0 bulghur 1.5 Total: 21.5 before late night snack Exercise: compound training |
me too on the busy part.
Now I'm off to clear off my desk and go pull artichoke plants out of the community garden. breakfast: luna 4 latte 2 1/2 bagel 3 some cream cheese 1 lunch: chicken greek salad w/nf dressing 4 coffee 2 dinner ? who knows exercise: pulling plants, dog putter, gym, shopping with mom water: not yet sigh. lala |
I'm so glad someone is having good eating days. My eating days have been good but only in the "eating good things and lots of them" kind of way.
