Hello to all!! Yes, I'm still around, just so busy at work. My weight is up, up, up, so I decided to start journaling online again. Here goes!!

welcome back. breakfast: egg beaters 2 low carb tortilla (vile) 2 coffee w/milk 1 lunch: chicken greek salad (2 for chick, one for cheese and 0 for the rest) 3 dinner: turkey chili or somesuch, the price of meat is soon driving me to vegetarianism exercise: dog walks, gym, dog walk water:not enough vitamin: oh i think now |

Breakfast protein shake 4 Snack protein bar 4 Lunch veggie pizza 7 Snack rice cake with soy butter 2 Dinner egg white, cheese and veggie omelet 4 garlic bread 3 Total: 24 Exercise: kickboxing |

Toast w/whipped cottage cheese: 3 coffee Lunch: Had afternoon tea so my lunch was higher than normal. THe muffins were tiny...smaller than the mini muffin size and the scone was barely a 1/2 inch thick and small... soup: 2 tea sandwiches: 5 mini muffin: 1 scone: 1 cracker: 1 tea Dinner Split pea soup: 4 roll: 1 saltines: 1 Snacks: toast: 1.5 pretzels: .5 turkey pepperoni: 1 cheese: 2 Total: 25 Walked: 25 minutes |
