Journal Monday Oct. 14

  • I've been noticing a pattern. I do real well early, start falling apart just before dinner and then after dinner, especially in the middle of the night, I total lose it. Because of this I am over today and by even more than this journal shows because of unrecorded BLTs (I know I should write those down too, but I didn't)

  • Look and you shall find...anyway, no time like the present to start posting. I've been doing much better and keeping up with my journal. I tend to run through periods where I slack off for a bit and then get back on track journaling.
