Journal Monday Oct. 14
I've been noticing a pattern. I do real well early, start falling apart just before dinner and then after dinner, especially in the middle of the night, I total lose it. Because of this I am over today and by even more than this journal shows because of unrecorded BLTs (I know I should write those down too, but I didn't)
Range: 18-23 Breakfast protein drink 4 Snack egg 2 cheese 1 california bread 1 lunch tempeh 3 cheese 1 bulgur 2 Snack mini tacos 3 dinner steel head trout 4 spaghetti squash 0 snack whole grain cereal 4 rice cake 1 Total: 26 Exercise: elliptical trainer step/toning class |
Look and you shall find...anyway, no time like the present to start posting. I've been doing much better and keeping up with my journal. I tend to run through periods where I slack off for a bit and then get back on track journaling.
