I finally reached 30 lbs
 

I am super excited to say that I have finally reached 30 pounds lost. The 5 lbs between 25 and 30 seem like they have taken forever (really only 6 weeks) but it's finally here. I'm not one to brag about my success but I think I have earned this one. It's an amazing feeling to know that YOU have control over your body and how it looks and feels.
I'm a long way to reaching my goal but I find if I set smaller goals for myself along the way it makes the journey much easier and more exciting. Yea for me I'm a small child smaller then I was 20 weeks ago:carrot::carrot::carrot:
