I got a question about My year 2000 complete food companion.When I look under Chili Con Carne for the points it says canned 1/4 cup is 2 points,does that include the hamburger that is in it?and like Tuna Fish it says canned in water 1/2 cup is 3 points, is that including the mayo or no??

2 points for Chili Con Carne in can is 1/4. Tuna in water drained and is 1/2 cup is 3 points. Mayo or anything else is extra.
