Not too bad a day. I'm nervous about my WI tomorrow. Had some bad days this weekend. Didn't even bother journaling, but I'm back to it today.
Breakfast protein shake 4 Lunch bean/cheese quesadilla 4 Snack egg 2 cheese 2 veggie sausage 2 Dinner veggie meatballs 3 sauce 1 salad 0 garlic bread 3 Total: 21 before evening snack |
