Lost my activity points slider
 

I can't seem to find the stupid little slider, so could someone help me out real quick and tell me how many activity points this is:

30 min moderate intensity + 60 min high intensity

at 154lbs

I followed a formula I found somewhere and got that it was equal to about 8 points total. Not sure if it's accurate, so I want to double check. Now I just gotta find that slider.

I get 1 pt for the 30 min and 7 for the 60. 8 sounds about right.

Thanks so much! Didn't find the slider, but at least I know the formula is pretty accurate so I'll have to use that.
