rain, rain please stay!
breakfast: part of raisin roll 3 coffee 1 some more succotash 1 mozz cheese sticks 2/7 lunch: ww pizza 8/15 teddy grahams 3 hershey's kisses 2/20 dinner: tomato soup w/creme fraiche 1 melon 1 artichokes snack 2 miss meringues 1/23 water: si,si vitamin: si,si exercise: hopefully a dog putter if it stops raining, gym -25 min ellipitical, maybe some more exercise later |
raining here too! quite welcome though really really humid in a monsoon kinda way. frizz city.

OK I'm atoning/fasting today...
so the only "food" so far is a cuppa coffee - 1 breaking the fast for dinner will be a challenge - someone else is making it. Patch |
Very busy day. Not too bad eating wise. Still on the high side though.
