    you gotta stop eating that fake crab. Its disgusting. Really, I spent many years working on that fish. Go to wahoos or baja fresh instead.

    Then again, I'm thinking my decaf americano made a fine lunch.

  • Patch, I agree with Lala. I don't know what it is in that fake crab but I always get a mean reaction from it. Must be the chemicals or something to make it taste like crab.

    Not a good day for me. Waaaaaaaaaaay over largely because of the Chinese buffet. Buffets are so hard.

    did pretty well until a quick trip to whole foods at 9pm after not eating dinner....

    after all that bread:

    okay, so i was probably having a bad day okay?

    a bit of rice -2
    some veggies and tofu -2
    some vegetables - 0

    exercise: 25 minutes of elliptical, 1 hour dog putter, 30 min slow dog putter

    water: si,si

    never, never, ever go to whole foods after not eating anything real all day. All the cr*p I could have done without.

    argh.

    okay, rant off and back to 5 a day.
