Feeling a bit defeated, anyone else gained this week?

I've been losing such a small amount of weight every week even with my 5x a week exercise routine...even 1 lb is a big accomplishment for me!. But this week, I gained 2.2 lbs!! Now I'm hugely regretting the Sunday night holiday binge - darn Chinese food!! I'm now 14 lbs away from my goal, and I'm getting frustrated that I'm not losing as fast as I once was. Any words of encouragement? What was the highest amount of weight you gained while on WW? Rant over. Thanks in advance! :)

How many points was your Chinese binge? Did you track the points?

Also, make sure you are eating ALL of your points and flex points. Drinking water is important too, especially with all your exercise.

What exercises do you do? That's my biggest downfall, being consistant with exercising. So I admire you greatly for your 5x a week routine!

My Chinese binge was about 30 points that day, and I tracked all of them. :( And my daily points are only 18. I was truly disappointed and regretted my binge, but there's nothing I can do about it now...just going to brush it off and pick myself up. It's hard enough for me to even lose 1 lb during the week, so that 2.2 set me back 2 weeks, it seems!!! Hopefully, I'll see better results this coming week!!

As for exercise, I usually take classes at my gym - their strength training class 3x a week, their abs class 1x a week and Pilates 1-2x a week and following up with about 45 mins-1hr on the elliptical after the classes 5x a week. I find that if I'm in a class, it forces me to push harder since I feel the need to keep up with others. And the time flies by, since I'm so focused on my form. LOL

gym classes are a good idea! I lose slowly also about 1 pound a week. Glad you're not beating yourself up, tomorrow is a new week :) keep it up!

yep, I gained a pound this week :-( Not from binging either, just plain eating more than I should be, each day I am over my points about about 4 or 5... I cant seem to help myself at the moment! Coming up with lots of excuses but in reality, I know I have just lost my motivation and I dont know how to get it back right now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
