Yea!!!! I've managed to maintain my points and am down 3 pounds in just three days.
Getting used to spreading out my points throughout the day, but its been tolerable. I'm also keeping a food journal, basically to track my points, but I'm realizing that I tend to be hungry in the evening, so made some SF Jello and cut up some bite-size veggies. We'll see how it goes tonight :dizzy: |
Keeping things cut up and on hand certainly helps me...my current favorite snack - 1 cup of cut up strawberries with the fiber one vanilla yogurt... 1 point! And since strawberries are in season right now, they are cheaper. I've been buying several and cutting them up in 1 cup portions, putting them in ziploc bags and freezing them, so they don't go bad. I just make sure there are a couple of non frozen bags in the fridge so I have a very quick and easy snack on hand.... and tasty!

I do that with grapes, I love frozen grapes. I'm so glad to be starting this near the Summer when all the good fruits are in season.
