night time eaters
 

I was reading about night-time eaters (journalling) and have been trying it lately. I think this will work better for me, since I eat larger meals & snacks in evening. Anyone else doing this? The other thread I seen about this doesn't seem up-to date or maybe I am just reading this wrong.
