Just found this site and was very impressed with it I Joined Weight Watchers in June 2002 and am in it for the long haul as well. I just reached my 10% weight loss this past week. :cb: Now on to another 10%. Going that route makes it much easier than to look at the final goal weight and get discouraged because it seems soooooo far away. I am learning to take this little by little and the point system sure makes it easier. I hope I can rely on you to give me word of encouragement or a boot in the butt if I need one.
