In case anyone was wondering, Yes I did eat this weekend, just neglected to post!:p
Saturday b: 2 sl lt rye 2 lt crm chz 3 tomatoes & onions coffee/milk 1 L: grilled chz 3 peach 1 afternoon: iced coffee 1 d: cobb salad 10 roll/butter 5 flatbread 1 total: 27 Sunday: b: 1 sl reg ww brd/butter 3 1 sl lt rye 1 lt crm chz 2 onions/tomatoes coffee/millk 1 choc castelet 2 peach 1 almonds 1 l:tuna sand 4 pm iced coffee 1 mocha ice milk 2 1/2 fudge mint oreo 1 d: shrimp cocktail 3 corn on cob 2 sauteed yellow squash & mushrooms bread & butter 4 peach 1 GRAND TOTAL 28 |
You are not alone. I didn't really journal for the weekend. It was a moving weekend. This will be a moving week. I tried to make the best choices I could, but I really didn't write things down. I will start posting journals again hopefully tonight (Wednesday). I had a good loss -- 1.8 lbs. -- I don't want to sabotage that. I haven't gotten to the gym either since Friday, but I think I've had plenty of activity with the move.

i'm back on track again. I'm really realizing that regular meals and exercise are the key to losing. yikes. and i had an interesting time watching the guy next to me on the plane eat his dinner. He is a protraveller, He must spend more time doing short hops than I. He avoided the bread, ate the salad, took the sauce of the salmon ( I did too) and didn't eat any of the potatoes or dessert. I could learn from this guy. :) As it is, it is only a meal. Really. He didn't look like he was doing any hi-pro lo carb thing, just knew what he needed to fuel his body. Food for thought. Glad to be home for six meals before leaving again. lala |
