Default Question about Intensity of Exercise

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I can't find it via search or on the sticky topics, so I thought it might be worth asking again.

I'm having trouble with intensity of exercise. I am doing the Beachbody Insanity program, and I know when I do those, they are high intensity, but some days I don't feel like doing it and rather than skip a workout, I'll do what I did today -- 3 or 4 "mini" workouts, all of varying intensity, totaling about an hour. I'm not sure how to calculate my intensity. I know that the AP guide says to gauge when you start sweating, but I'm not sure if I sweat more or less. Today I did 20 minutes of Carmen Electra Cardio Striptease (I would count that as low intensity, but fun); 20 minutes of Jillian Michaels Boost your Metabolism (def. high intensity); 10 minutes of standing abs (moderate intensity). I counted them all seperately in my AP, got about 5 AP's. Does that seem about right to you all?

I think I'm counting them well, I just want to make sure nobody has a better method for this sort of thing.
