Weight Loss Question
Hi all my name is Nikki I have been on WW points since Monday of this week.
I was wondering when everyone started on the program and how much weight yall have lost so far? I look forward to getting to know yall, this seems like a great place to share! - To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. |

I've been doing WW for 4 weeks. The first two I did on my own, these last two I've been going to meetings. I've lost 20 pounds so far, which is by no means typical results. Hope that helps! |

Hi Nikki! I've been on WW Online for 10 months. I've lost just over 60 lbs (I'm fluctuating around my last 5 pounds - oh joy. lol).

I've been on WW for almost 2 years and reached my goal last month of 151lbs lost :)

I have been doing weight watcher for 7 months.. I started at 166 pounds and I have lost 22 pounds.. It is a fantastic program and I love it... I didnt have alot to lose but I still keeps coming off... Nicole |
Hey Nikki. I started WW 2 weeks and 1 day ago, and I've lost 11 lbs so far.

3 weeks officially with 8 pounds lost and about 2 weeks on my own with a 5 lb loss. Total = 13. :carrot:

I have been doing WW and going to meetings for 22 months and have lost 100.2 lbs. I have about 10 lbs to loose yet before I am at goal. Getting so close! :carrot:

wow congratulations people, I joined last week and I lost 2 pounds is great for me!!!! I have to loose 35 or 28, but for me is really difficult. I messed up my metabolism with crash diets, pills and the other type of diets those that tell yoou to eat a lot, so I am trying this and I love it

Been on WW for a few weeks now, down about 6 pounds. Did WW a couple of years ago and had GREAT success, but let myself go when I had a bad year. |
Ive been on it for 3 weeks and I have lost about 4 pounds. I have been working out hard core. So hopefully Im building muscle :)

Hi, I'm an "oldie" at this, since I first went on WW 25 years ago when my third child was a baby. He is going to be 26 in June!
I've had a struggle with my weight ever since my oldest child was born when I was 24. At one point, in my late 30s, I got up to 190 pounds and was so unhappy. My marriage broke up around that time, and I decided to get healthy and lost 60 pounds (that time without WW - used "Stop the Insanity"). I kept most of that weight off, met and married my second husband, and now that I am in my 50s, the weight has crept upward again. I am about 148 pounds today and hope to get down to at least 140. It becomes more difficult as you get older, so I've begun attending WW meetings again to help me through it. |

I have lost 32 pounds... but over a year and a half. I don't know that I am a success story YET, but I keep losing a pound or two a month. I am not as strict as I used to be, when I lost a bunch at once, but that's ok. It is very livable. I just keep thinking that down is better than up! Good luck! |
The first time I lost 40lbs, second time 50lbs and this time - it's been three weeks & hopefully my last time rejoining - I have lost 7.8lbs.

The first time in 2008 I lost about 30 pounds and then money became an issue and I was positive I could do it by myself:) So this time I have been on since 1/6/10 and am down 23 lbs, but have had some health stuff so this month I have stayed the same. I love the fact that it really helps you with portions and how real life is going to be. I did South Beach for awhile a few years ago, but realized there is no way I could live like that. WW is a much better fit for me!

I have been on WW since May 29th of last year (11 months) and have lost 92 pounds. Hoping to lose 100 by my 1-year anniversary! |
I've been doing WW for 16 weeks now, and have lost 23 lbs. The weight loss isn't as fast as some of the past diets I've done. But it is definitely a plan that I KNOW I can stick to for life.

I posted a while back saying that I lost 10lbs in the first 5 weeks, well I'm a bit further along now and I've lost 31 pounds in 16 weeks.

I started on April 13 so 16 days ago. I'm down 12 lbs. :) Can't complain!

The first time on WW, I did it on my own and lost 80 pounds. The second time I relost 30 of the forty I gained back after quittiing. I've restarted for a 3rd (final!) time and so far 8 pounds in a week.

I've been on WW for a little less than 2 months and have lost between 5 and 6 LBS. The first month I went off my plan a few times so I'm pretty sure that's why my weight loss has been so slow. My body is also so damn stubborn. I'm happy to be losing....it's WAYYY better than gaining :)

About 12 pounds in 2 months. Not as fast as others.... but that is almost 10% of my body weight!
I did it before about 10 years ago and lost 35 pounds. It took a while but I gained a lot of it back. |
