back in the saddle again

Was really in the mood for Chinese today. That was a mistake. It didn't really adversely effect my points, but I've been feeling really funky all day. Probably all the corn starch and other sweetners they use.
Breakfast ww smoothie 3 Snack lite string cheese 1 Lunch chinese bean curd in garlic sauce 5 steamed veggie dumplings 2 Snack soy butter on rice cake 2 kasha with cheese 2 Dinner boca sausage 4 sprouted whole grain roll 4 broccoli 0 Total: 23 No exercise. I usually either do a step class in the AM or 20/20/20 in pm, but both were canceled today. I did walk around a bit, but that doesn't really count for that much. |
