um, better late than never
oatmeal 4 iced americano lunch: chicken 5 some potato 2 bagel 3/14 pre-dinner: two cheese cubes at airport club 3/17 dinner: a few nuts (high cashew content) 2 salad w/too much dressing 2/21 some bruschetta topping papperedelle w/cream sauce and spinach 6 (didn't eat sauce) 27 hot fudge and a bite of ice cream 4 cookie and milk before landing 4/35 water: si,si vitamin: nope exercise: 30 min elliptical, running around NYC miles: 2477 base, 2477 bonus, 5000 rt promo and one scored operational upgrade :) :) :) |
