sunny here. good thing I hung all that laundry outside last night.
breakfast: apricot conserves 2 yog 2 go lean 2 snack: latte 2 lunch: rat 1 pasta 2 cheese 1 salad 1/13 unnecessary snacking: m*ms why???? 5 pretzels (10 small) 1.5/19.5 dinner: oh boy rat 1/20.5 chees 3 tortillas 2/25.5 some almonds, raisins 3 banana bread 3 part of a brownie 3/34.5 water: yup exercise: yup, dog putter, 35 min ellip, dog putter vitamin: yup bad day overall :( :( |
Weighed in. Maintained, which is fine with me. It was a tough week. But the hypo has been a problem today. Crashed before the meeting (didn't want to eat and ruin my WI) and then again after my workout. This HG is hard to take.
