My birthday! Did pretty well most of the day. Exercised in the morning. Ate the way I was supposed to for my HG. That is until the Japanese restaurant I went to came out with a free dessert. How could I say no? It would be disrespectful, right? Yes, I'm great at making excuses for myself. The bottom line was that I went slightly over even without my nighttime snack. If I have one (which I should for the hypo) I'll try to keep it light.
Breakfast ww smoothie 3 Snack protein bar 4 Lunch egg white cheese omelet 4 veggie sausage 2 Snack string cheese 1 veggie booty 1 Dinner miso soup 1 sushi 4 steamed veggies and bean curd 2 green tea edamame 1 dessert 3 Total: 26 Exercise: weight training kickboxing |

Something very Japanese. It is a small round glob of mango ice cream covered with mango colored rice flour dough. Very pretty. Very delicious. I was guessing at the points but it was an eighth or a quarter cup of ice cream so I think 3 pts. is fair.
