Please Help...
I had posted this in the momentum/flex area but I didn't get a response. Maybe someone can help me in this area. I have my materials from when I went to WW meetings a few years ago, but I'm wondering how the plan has changed. I know there is the new momentum plan and something with filling foods, but what are they? Do I need to go back to the meetings to get that info or do I just eat and stay within my points and leave it at that? I have been trying to do South Beach for the last year and just can't seem to stick to it. Any help with the new WW program would be appreciated. This is now a health issue with me. Thanks in advance.

I would go back to a meeting. I would also try to get there each week if you can. If it's a health issue, your life depends on this.
The filling foods are highlighted in green on the food lists, it would be impossible for people to list them here for you. You go girl! |
