breakfast: oatios 1.5 latte 2/3.5 lunch: chef salad with lots of stuff taken off 4 m&ms to balance the club salad 4/11.5 apricots 1/12.5 dinner: amy's roasted veggie thingie 4/15.5 raspberries straight from the bush! 1/16.5 some nf softserve icecream 2/18.5 snack: i think not in light of the m&m disaster water; si,si exercise: dog putter this am, gym this pm and maybe some weights vitamin: si,si |
