Need Help With Point Count
 

I have a favorite recipe for grilled chicken, which serves 4. The marinade calls for 3 T of olive oil. Since it is grilled, how much of the oil should I take into account with points? It would be a little less than 1 T per serving, but won't a lot of it evaporate?

Oil doesn't evaporate. 3T is 12 points. There is really no way to tell how much is absorbed by the chicken.

You could also see how much marinade is left in the bowl when you remove the chicken, and subtract that from the original recipe.
