I too, have about 150 lbs. to lose and have struggled for years with this issue. I am 51 years old and I will be going to WW again this week to start over. I lost 50 lbs. last year and have gained back about 20 . Like most of us I have been everywhere and done everything, WW, OA,liquid protein, etc. So having an e-mail buddy should be helpful.
