Back From Travel...Checkin' In
 

We just got back on Wednesday from our 25th wedding anniversary trip ...came back to pouring rain and 40 degree temperatures in the DC area!! UGH!!!!! And three days later it's still pouring rain and in the 40's. Traveling is SO HARD on me when it comes to trying to stay on plan. A meal out now and then is fine..but every day for 5 days is tough!!! I did the best I could and tried to get as much walking in as possible.. this morning I weighed in and had .9 gain. Not bad!! I was expecting to gain like 5 lbs or something!! Now I'm back on board with the journaling and cooking my own meals. I feel like I can coast for a while..at least until we leave for Thanksgiving!! LOL

That is not bad at all.
I am concerned when we move here in Jan. and I don't have any of my workout stuff. So, that is not bad and very motivating for me as well.
