Points For Whole Wheat Buns
 

I would just like to ask if anyone knows how many points it is for a whole wheat bun. They are light and round.

I bought them from Superstore. All it said on the outside of the bin was whole wheat buns.

Do you mean there was no information on the package, i.e. calories, fat, fiber, vitamins, etc? That's a little unusual.

Depending on the size, it could be anywhere from 3-6 points.:dizzy:

I think she was saying they were in a bin. Like at my store, they have clear plastic bins with bagels and muffins and things in them.

I have no idea how many calories are in there, but you should ask the store. They should have some information.
