:) :) :) :) i just love ww now i finally have gotten it and have been on it for 8 weeks now and i have lost 18.4lbs in that amt of time, i am not finding it hard to follow and now that i am 53 yrs old i finally got it i weighed in at 267 and now am down to 249 as of last saturday so i was happy about that......i am finding i have new energy that i thought was gone especially after last summer i had a knee replacement and it made me very sedatary and i got depressed without knowing it plus i am on alot of meds everyday as i have diabetes, high blood pressure, ulcerated colitis and suffer from aniexty so if i can do it we all can email me or leave a message here i would love to be ur friend:D

It's so great to read your post so filled with enthusiam and happiness! You're doing great! You've had alot to overcome with knee surgery and medications, you are an inspiration!
