Week #3 Weigh In
I was very prepared to see a gain this week because my snacking has been off the hook and my exercise minutes not at all impressive.. but I lost .6!! Mostly I'm glad I made myself get on the scale and face the music. In other times I would have expected a gain, not even weighed and eaten everything in sight because I was such a failure. But seeing even a small loss motivates me beyond belief! I'm off to walk the dog for 45 brisk minutes!!
