I weighed in this am. up about 4.5# from where I was before I left for Italy. So, I equate each lb with about 7.5K miles of travel (not including bonus miles). :) or :( depending on how you look at it. Sigh. Anyways, back on the straight and narrow. breakfast: yog, crunch, sugar 5 apricot lunch: bagel w/something resembling filling 7 chai 2 dinner: subway turkey sub 5 water, water, water veggies -carrots from the garden baked chips more apricots 1 pie cherries/raspberries 1 exercise; 30 min elliptical this am, loong dog walk this evening running around garden place dragging many plants vitamin: si,si water: need more |
