Journal Friday July 19
A lot of running around today. Not too bad, especially if you factor in the exercise. I hate this 18-23 pt. range. I'm already over, so I have no buffer for my usual late night nibbling. I have some broccoli florettes left over from when I made the salad and some carrots in the frig. Hopefully that will satisfy me.

b: coffee/milk 1 L: ravioli 6 cantaloupe and cherries 1 chocolate 1 mini rice cakes 3 almonds 1 d: chick-salmon kebabs 4 sliced tomatoes & onions green beans w/lt dsg 1 corn on cob 2 outrageous snack: choc ice cream w/toffee bar blend in 15 total: 35 (good grief) |
