I have lost 40 lbs on the program since May. I have enjoyed every day of it. The program is easy but it does involve planning. My WW group and leader are great. I couldn't have done it without going to the meetings. It has kept me enthused and on track. I have about 40 more pounds to lose and I don't foresee any problems. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
