Default Low-point meal planning

I have been following weight watchers for over a year with good results - losing 119 pounds - but now that I'm down to just 19 points a day I'm having trouble doing meal/snack planning to fit into my points. I earn a ton of workout points each day but I prefer not to use those.

My breakfast is 4-5 points, lunch is 5 points and I spend 2-3 points a day on snacks. That leaves me between 5-8 points for dinner.

Any suggestions on filling dinners that fall within in the 5-8 point scale?

I'm not in the low point range but these are some of my favorite dinners:
-- Morningstar Chipotle bean burger on an Arnold bun (5 pts total)
-- microwaved in paperbag popcorn with spices (1-2 pts)
-- lettuce salad with chick peas (2 pts) and other no point foods (onions, cucumber, green peppers, whatever)
-- lettuce salad with chicken (4 pts) and other no point foods
-- grilled chicken breast

I earn a lot of activity points but if I'm especially hungry some days then I do use them.

You could try eating the same dinners as you did before, but cut down the portion size of the entree. Then add in some zero point veggies to give you a full feeling.
