Weight Watchers Calculator

I have read about the ww calcualtor a number of times on the boards. I don't know exactly what it is but it sounds like something very useful.

If anyone can send it to me that would be great. My email address is [email protected]

Thanks so much.

Calculator...

Hi Blue,
I see your in B.C. I also live there...here...whatever. I'm in the Kootneys and bought the program from ebay. I purchased the calculator from there and am finding it so helpful. You can go there and look up WW products you should find one somewhere. Any questions I'll be here.

Hi Bree

Hello.

I live in British Columbia. Do you have any good snack ideas that are available in Canada. I read so much good stuff on the boards regarding pria bars, fat free pizza, etc. but the problem is none of it is available in Canada.

If you have anything i can try please share.

Thanks,

Hi, I'm a newby to the boards and live in B.C. too. I think I've seen Pria bars here now....they're made by Power Bar. They also have the Luna Bars, which are another bar made for women by Cliff Bar. I've tried the Luna bars and think they're like a glorified candy bar with vitamines. I don't even find them all that satisfying. They're kind of expensive too. I'd much rather spend my money on something else.

Pria Bars

Hi Ann,

It's nice to hear from someone else that is from BC. Do you remember where you saw the pria bars?

Thanks,

I bought one (Points Calculator) a few weeks ago. I've used it more for points calculation that for actual daily intake tracking. The regular, cardboard slide rule given at the meetings only go so high, but this calculator goes higher. (God forbid I need to go higher - if so, I'm in trouble). I found it useful in calculating some of the newer foods advertised lately. (Taco Bell bowls, McD's sandwiches, etc.) I don't use it for daily intake tracking becuase I really like the paper journals you get every week and I'm so used to writing everything down.

I also like to refer back to previous weeks to get meal ideas, to get points so I don't have to re-figure, etc.

$20.00 is a little steep but in the long run, I think it will pay for itself in convenience.
