Hi.I just bought the progrtam from ebay and there is no getting started book. I was wondering if there is anyway for this info to be sent to me. I have no idea how many points to eat etc. I'm disappointed that this was not included I guess i overlooked this detail.

For a weight range of 200 - 224 lbs, your point range is 24 - 29 points per day. You must have at least the 24 points, but no more than 29.
