Starting WW tomorrow :)

So, I am starting weight watchers after a horrible week trying SB diet. I just don't eat enough veggies to be able to stick to plan for SB. I am still going to try to be low-carb, but I am definitely going to go with WW. Tomorrow is my first meeting (I have never been) and I am very excited!:carrot: Wish me luck!

good luck! it's super easy! you can basically eat anything if you just stay within points..so can eat some carbs!

Happy Journey, this is a great program if you follow the guidelines!
Welcome to the club, haha!

Good luck! I joined weight watchers 2 months ago (after failing several other diets) and love it!

:welcome: to WW, Abby! Let us know how you liked the first meeting.

I've been doing WW since June 1 and have had to watch carb counts as well. Too much junky sugar gives me a hypoglycemic episode and my DH is diabetic (counts his carbs). It can be done with some research and planning.

Good luck, see you online.

Going to start WW tomorrow

I have tried WW several different times and just lose my motivation. I am hoping i can get all the motivation i need from this site. For my 16 month old daughters sake I need to get this weight off :)

The first time I tried WW it was a success. I lost 30 lbs on the flex plan 3-4yrs ago. Since then I've rejoined what seems like over 100 times. As of last week I was reading up on SB and wanted to do the lower/good carb thing because of PCOS. Well, I've realized that I need a more structured plan than what SB offers, and I need the support that the meetings offer. So, I've decided to rejoin WW this coming Saturday. :carrot:

I hope that we all will be able to encourage each other on this journey.

By the way, I've found @ least 10 of the 30 lbs I'd lost.

I agree. WW is much easier than SB although sometimes when I hit a plateau I do Phase 1 of SB for a few days to get out of it.

Welcome to all the new folks!

I recently rejoined WW after a 4-year hiatus, as I decided I needed the structure and accountability as opposed to just calorie counting on my own.

We can do this!
