3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

So this may have been mentioned somewhere but I just ran into these organic Clif Bars made for kids (I think they are called ZBars) at the health food store. I bought them to try for my daughter as an alternative to other unhealthy snacks thinking that if they were eaten in moderation that they would be better than a regular candy bar or something. Well, I opened them tonight to give her one (the chocolate chip brownie one) and she loved them and so did I. They were really good and since they are for kids they are portioned smaller so it was only 2 Points as compared to a regular bar which would have been 4. Sure, you could only eat half of a regular one but the fact that there's another half there is dangerous for me because I'm more tempted to eat it. All I know is that when I am having a chocolate craving those are a good way to kick the craving for only two points and it's filling and not as unhealthy as a regular candybar. Yum!
