Not a member, but have a ? about points

Hi there! Iv'e been hemming and hawing about posting here, fearing judgement for not being a member. I have been doing a quazi-flex point program that's working for me, and now my DH wants to try it. My question is, what would his points target be? He weighs between 165 and 170, and is on (well..supposed to be on) a sodium restricted diet.
Thanks

I believe you can buy the points counter books (set of 2) for not a lot online - check amazon, ebay and WW site (they have a shop). Also, there's a handy little calculator for about $10. I use it with online NI (Calorieking.com). These items have proven to be things I can't do without. I don't leave home without the dining out book - makes for a lifesaver when those you're with suddenly decide to eat out somewhere.

Do consider the counter books and the calculator. Check in here for some great support too.

No judgement from me - I understand and wish you well.
