Hi friends, is there a place here where I can read about Weight Watchers, how the diet works, the rules, what does pts mean what foods are allowed, etc. ,Or do I have to get the info. else where?

You cannot find that information on this site, but it is pretty easily available on the web. I would just do a search and you should be able to find it.

The other thing you could do would be to go to a meeting. It will cost you about $12 and you will get all of the information you need on how the diet works. You can also buy a food companion while you are there for $10 and it has the points values of all the most common foods. You can probably find the points values or a calculator online if you don't want to buy the book. Hope this helps!

If you find a meeting location, your first meeting is free. You can sit in and listen and see if you like it before you decide to sign up.

I do the monthly pass which is cheaper than paying per week (works out to $9 or $10 per week).

You can also find a lot of info on the program on WW's site.

You don't get the info until you sign up. You are asking for someone to give you the program for free which violates copyright law.

I use the online WW and I LOVE it. All the information you need is there and it's super easy to use. Also, it"s really not that expensive. I think I paid 80 something for 3 months!

I really wouldn't rely on internet sources do WW. I think its worth it to sign up and benefit from all the cool stuff that comes with being a member. For some reason, I don't much trust all the available info on the net! :)
