Activity Points
 
I just finished my 2nd ww meeting, and although I'm following the plan ok, the meetings just didn't do it for me....I don't think I'll be going back....

I need the info on the Activity part of the points system...can someone help me out?

You should do 20 minutes of moderate intensity activity a day. For every additional 20 minutes you do, you get one point.
