cheerios/peach/milk 5 coffee l: turkey sand w/lt mayo 2.5 carrot & celery stix stirfry veg 2 pineapple 1 d: hamburger 4 baked beans 2 corn on cob 2 salad w/dt dsg .5 snack: cantaloupe 1 choc milk 2.5 total: 24 exercise: run/jog on treadmill - wishful thinking!! I mean walk/jog on treadmill LOL -2 |

I'm so happy. Just back from my WI and I lost 1.4 lbs! Eating more whole grains and less fat seems to be working out.
Morning oat bran cereal 3 nf soy milk 1 blueberries 1 veggie booty 1 Midday vigoraide 4 Evening salmon 5 barley 3 broccoli 0 Total 18 (That is a first for me, although it is inevitable that I will snack later on) Exercise: yoga |
