artichoke, asparagus
maple glazed salmon
some sort of starch
exercise: 40 min elliptical
weeding, watering, dog putter
water: si,si
vegetables: si, si
vitamin: si,si

I'm so happy. Just back from my WI and I lost 1.4 lbs! Eating more whole grains and less fat seems to be working out.

Morning
oat bran cereal 3
nf soy milk 1
blueberries 1
veggie booty 1

Midday
vigoraide 4

Evening
salmon 5
barley 3
broccoli 0

Total 18

(That is a first for me, although it is inevitable that I will snack later on)

Exercise: yoga
