Question about calculating points.

Hi, my name is Ariel and I am currently on Medifast. I have been on Medifast for a month and a half now, and this is my last month on it for financial reasons, but I will have a bit under 10lbs. to go to my goal, but I don't want to give up just because of financial reasons.

I decided for the last couple of weeks to get down to 130lbs finally, I would count my food weight watchers style but I am not sure how to find out how many points I can have a week without paying for the monthly service, which I cannot do. I know there are free sites online that calculate points in a particular food, but I am not sure how to find out how many points and allowance points and activity points and all that I have for a week. I would only be doing this 2/3 weeks, like I said, so I cannot and do not want to pay for the monthly service of Weight Watchers, but I want to be able to lose that last >10lbs.

Thanks in advance! All help is appreciated.

Oh, another question, i think i understand that there is an extra certain amount of points a week you can dip in to, but its the same for all weights? How much is that?

You get 35 extra points per week, regardless of weight.
