B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 Snack: FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5 L: Turkey sandwich w/mustard, lettuce & tomato 2/7 Carrots 0/7 Strawberries 1/8 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/10 something else probably 2/12 D: dunno SnacK: yup Water: 32 oz so far Exercise: 2.8 mile walk at lunch :) |
Trying to keep it low so maybe I will see a loss tomorrow. Cross your fingers.

breakfast: goat yog, rhubarb, go lean 5 lunch: turkey san 4 snack: apple 1 peanut butter 2/12 other unintended snack- half a hershey's bar 2/14 latte 2/16 dinner: 1 cup pasta 3/19 arugula pesto 1/20 skinny cow 2/22 artichokes exercise: gym - 30 min elliptical, running around, dog putter, mulching vitamin: si,si water; not enough boy, its easy to get in all your points without even trying :( |
