I fell off the wagon...was run over..but getting back on!!!
Yes, I posted on here a while back about starting over and after a series of bad events in my life I went south....fast.
I am starting over tomorrow morning. I am ready this time and want to post my stats here for motivation! :carrot: I plan on weighing myself in the morning and doing it once a week on Sundays. Ok! Here we go!!! |
Welcome back! It seems your life has been stressful! Glad you were able to get back here :) Keep it up :flow1:
|
Old saying: "Fall down 9 times, get up 10", so as long as you've gotten back up, you're already on the road to success! Whoo hoo! :cp: Post often, and let us know how it's going.
|
Welcome back and I'm sure you will do great!
|
Ok...I weighed myself this morning...(vomit) Took before pictures in my new bikini (double vomit) and started the journey!
I am starting at 179 pounds. I am only 5'3 and I don't carry it that well so we will see what the week brings! I planned all my meals and snacks so I can't cheat and have my journal ready. I also plan on waking up at 5:15 AM for a workout...... Wish me luck! |
I figured out my 10% goal and I am striving to hit this- 17.9 pounds! I can do this! I got up this morning and did my workout....very tired at my desk right now but I will adapt!
I like the feeling of being in control of my eating... makes me a more pleasent person! |
Weight Watchers now sets the first goal at 5%, so that will be just under 9 pounds for you. Very doable!! :carrot: Also, yay for you, planning out everything ahead of time. The "in control" feeling is great!
|
5% is MUCH more desirable at this point! I am going to strive for that first then. I am doing WW on my own right now. I joined about 6 months ago but am not able to afford to do it every week so I am attending at least 1 meeting a month and following what I learned the 5 months I was a member.
I did not realize they did 5% now! That is a little less intimidating because 17 pounds seems like it would take a lifetime! |
Hey mommytomikie, I'm 170lbs and also 5'3 and also dont carry it well. If only we were taller haha I too fell off the wagon for 3 days!! Back on today though and exercised!! Good luck with the weight loss! I too find when I am in control of eating I am happier, especially when I exercise as well. I'm not feeling guilty and mad at myself for making choices I knew were wrong.
|
Caleighsmommy- I know! I wish I was taller! I feel right now like if someone pushed me over I would "weeble" back up on my feet without a second thought!
I did good today. I did my workout, but my diet was a little off! I need to add my points up because I know I used some flex points, but I feel like I did not do too bad. |
Great job!!! :cp:
Don't you feel awesome when you have a good day? I know I do :) Ahh don't worry about using some flex points, thats what they're there for!! I use them if I'm hungry, I'm after using them all the same day, going out for dinner as a treat and still lost weight. I also exercised today :) after being down 3.8 from this mornings weigh in I was really motivated to get my butt in gear. Keep up the good work!! :dust: |
I also fell off the wagon and am getting back on. I tore a ligament skiing in February and it is slow to heal... :( But i rejoined weight watchers online and am gonna hit the treadmill tomorrow! Wish mme luck
|
Goodluck and congrats to everyone! I just got my treadmill out of storage and put it in my office at home. No more excuses!!!!
I kind of cheated the last few days....I quit smoking and I was not watching my points but I am back at it. I needed something to take my mind off the smokes....food it was! I can't wait to weigh in and see if I have lost anything!! |
