  • Hey, I'm back, I'm back from Orlando!! Wow, has the 3FC site changed or what?? Ate like a little pig while on vacation so I am back on track.

  • Hey, katie! Welcome back! Well, eating wasn't quite as OP yesterday as I hoped, but I am definitely looking better due to increased exercise efforts. Here's hoping for a second relatively good day, eating-wise!...

  • Welcome back, Katie! The journaling has definitely been suffering while you were gone! I just saw your post to me on the WW General page. I don't have any idea what my measurements are. I don't even really know my sizes anymore- the latest pair of pants I bought are a 9, and I tried to wear them with my suck it in panties last week and they almost fell off! I haven't bought any new shirts really, and need new bras horribly! I was at a 34 D + before starting, and now my bras from 1st yr university are way too huge. (34B) I really need to go shopping!*L*
    I have decided to put maintaining on hold for awhile and lose the last 5-15 lbs right away. I hope to start looking for a wedding dress in April, and somehow it is sneaking up on me! I also ate like a huge pig last week- to the point where I felt very physically sick on more than one occasion! I weigh in tonight, and expect a minimum of 2lb gain...but I am back on track, so it will be better next week! I haven't really given the program much effort since December, so it's time to go!!!
