YAY, KT, good to see you! and YAY, LALA good to see you again too! b: cheerios/raisins/milk 5 l: ham sam 2 carrots steamed squash & tomatoes/parm/croutons 1 apple 1 predinner snack: picked at leftovers 2 d: grilled chicken breast 5 raita (yogurt & vegs) .5 broccoli bread 2 snack: choc milk 2.5 fudgicle 1 total 23 yippee! exercise: treadmill 40 mins -2 home weigh in: gained 1 pound BOO |

B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 A few strawberries .5/2.5 Snack: FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5.5 L: Natural Ovens bagel 2/7.5 Carrots 0/7.5 LF chili/veggie soup from past WW mag 2/9.5 Watermelon/strawberries 1.5/11 Snack: 2-WW 2 pt bars 4/15 D: TBD Snack: yup Water: 48 oz so far Exercise: 2.5 mile walk (35 minutes) over lunch hour |
