Journal Friday May 17

  • Surprise! I'm back. In my absense I have gained back over five pounds and am determined to cut that off now, stress or no stress. It feels as if my whole life is falling apart between stress at work, financial problems, stress with my landlady (don't even want to get into that), stress, stress, stress, but I can't let my weight loss effort go down the drain too.

    Well here is my journal. Stayed within my points, barely. Hopefully I can keep it up.
